Billing and Shipping Addresses Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are the same. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Ensure the correct billing address associated with your bank card is entered. Incorrect billing addresses will result in payment processing issues. If a pending transaction appears after a decline, it will be removed, indicating an attempt to make the transaction.

1. Processing, Shipping, and Handling Time

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday will be processed the next business day (Monday).
  • Domestic Express Shipping: 2-3 business days, depending on location.
  • Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping: 5-7 business days, depending on location.
  • International Shipping: 7-10 business days, depending on location.
  • All packages are delivered by FedEx (Business days: Monday-Friday).

2. Tracking Number Updates Shipping activity updates 24 hours after receiving a tracking email. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. Contact customer service at Luxemanes.sales@gmail.com if you haven't received a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order.

3. Order Changes To ensure quick delivery, orders cannot be altered or changed once payment is complete.

4. Return Policy We accept returns on unopened hair extensions within seven (7) days of receipt. Contact us at Luxemanes.sales@gmail.com during business hours within the return period. Returns must be in original, untampered packaging. Opened or tampered packages are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for stylist custom coloring or dyeing.

5. Refund Process Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) are issued to your original payment method after inspection and confirmation that the hair extensions were unopened and the security seal was intact. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after initiation.

6. Exchange Policy Exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days if the hair seal is unbroken and the hair is in its original condition (unwrapped, uncombed, unworn, unaltered). Altered hair will be returned. Custom coloring sales are final.

Include your order number and reason for return in your package. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs and should use a tracked shipping method. Luxe Manes is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend using USPS for returns.
